The JELD-WEN Malaysia four-hectare site at Klang, Selangor is one of the most sophisticated door manufacturing plants in SE Asia, with design and production in line with the international standards established by the JELD-WEN group around the World.

JELD-WEN Malaysia’s manufacturing process is highly automated, using predominently European production technology. The stile and rail process includes lamination, blanking, pressing of veneers and subsequent sanding, panel membrane pressing, dowel injecting, cramping and trimming.

Tolerances on raw materials are precise, resulting in highly accurate finished door sizes. We employ rigorous quality control systems plus strict purchasing and processing standards.

JELD-WEN Malaysia have long-standing relationships with a number of trusted partners from around the world. We select only the finest grade raw materials.
